Car is KO, Im not able to start engine ....

AFS is adaptive front light system which control the direction of the front headlights. But surely its a completely different issue if the car wont start.

call A breakdown company or phone Seat/dealer?

Turn your lights off ... then try start car.

I know what is AFS (and its control unit is placed near glovebox (EU) )

It sounds crazy that light would make car dead, guess that problem is somewhere else.

But Ive made search and there is common known error about AFS across VW brand. Its solved by replacing AFS control unit (5M0-907-357-A)

ok, i will keep you informed.

....besides there was a problem to load car up, because its lowered. Pretty hard work.

Error was fixed.

It caused "missing" safety fuse F21. Car had lof of errors, which confused technical, because errors were all over car (ABS error,engine error, AFS error... - about 8 pages of errors), after 4 hours of diagnostic, they were led to change F21 fuse, but they didnt find any F21!, so they inserted fuse into F21 socket and car was able to start, no error. They tried to remove F21 fuse and car was able to start too. But they decided to let fuse in.

Said me, that they had similar problem with another 3 Leons. Thay reported these problems to VW importer and waiting for reply. Always caused missing F21 safety fuse.

Thats theirs version

So you would check your F21, if its in or missing. But guess you won´t find any, cause as they said to me, brand new cars dont have F21 and fuses depend on what "options" are in car.

Let me know if you have F21 fuse
Also there is question, how car was able to "live" without F21 fuse, if its so important as they said .....

just open bonnet, you can find it on right side, unlock two bolts and put off cover.

Just checked mine, no fuse in F21.
