Is it me or do the side mirrors have a nasty blind spot in them? I'm thinking of getting some sort of stick-on blind spot mirror to put on the outer edge of the standard mirror. Does anybody else have this problem and have they tried any similar product? If so, what did you get and did it make any difference?

all side mirrors tend to have blind spots..
although many try to fix this.

i dont like blind spot mirrors generally, i think they can give confidence when a look is better. Some peple swear by them though.

Setting mirrors correctly is important though. none of this '1/3 showing the side of the car' cr@p. set them wider which can reduce blind spots massively.

fitted a circular convex one today off ebay (about £2 inc p&p) and it works a treat.

I agree about the blind spot on the Exeo (compared with other cars I've had) the pillar makes it hard to see and been nearly caught twice joining the motorway so have been extra carefull when joining - this will help!

blind spot mirrors - ebey

attached is a link. best doing a search. lots of variation. the seller I bought from has them on there for £10.99+p&p - typo me thinks!

There is one on there for £1.05 and free postage! I am a bit wary of some of the ones from China / Hong Kong - normally check out their profile n feedback to see if genuine.
