What is the BLT engine?

GF's ibiza is a BLT .......1.9 tdi

I thought the ibiza 130's were ASZ type?

same spec/power as ASZ just a little newer, probably some tweaks on it somewhere with warranty claim and constant developments etc

BLT - 96kw - 131hp - 1.9 - 4cyl - 05/05>> Cordoba and Ibiza

engines codes vary and are a proper moving target mind soem days i swear they change em for the hell of it - lol

BLT was the engine code I had in my '06 FR TDI - the BLT was the engine that had the stutter issues - usually attributed to the EGR system

BLT have stutter issues as above, but are commanly rolling roaded at 150bhp and over!!
