Have decided to go for blue and white all out in the interior lights lot of soldering but want your guys opinion bit sick of the red to be honest.

It has and can be done but you'll need a steady hand :D
There are a couple of posts on here somewhere showing how to do it if you search, good luck and look forward to the finished look ;)

You'll find loads of this stuff covered over on ukmkivs forum.

You've got enough posts now so tj3 quickest and easiest way to upload images is by using the Tapatalk app.

Good work, definitely an improvement.
That white centre console lighting looks quite bright though, is it switched?

Yeah I'll be ditching the horrible orangey red very soon.
I've built up a set of mk4 Golf clocks which I'm about to send off to have the led back lighting changed to white and the blue screens changed to a proper red, I might get them polarised to match the central fis display as well.
I've also picked a spare climate control unit to fettle with the leds to match.

why not do them yourself its not hard and you cant put other clocks ib the car as its set to the ecu unless you know the skc code from your car and the clocks you want to put in as the immoblizer is in the clocks.

it took some time mty 12345 but worth it let me know truthfully what you think as i think its much better but i like other peoples thoughts.

Don't worry I'm fully aware of the immobiliser that needs pairing up.
The guy I've got finishing off my clocks will be getting my current FR clocks along with the frankensteined ones so he can grab all the data off them
That way they'll be plug and play.

Good job Monoman.
That's a very well light up cockpit. I really like the white clean aspect.
Although the blue its a tiny too much lighter than I prefer it suits well overall.

One question: i'm about to change only the clocks from red to white but leaving the red on the needles. Did you have to isolate the interior needles LEDs so they don't spread and mix colors on the clocks (in your case the blue mixing into the white)?

Thanks

Only on the fuel and temperature ones that's the tricky part

Yes chrome tape from work and put it all behind the clocks as there are only 4 leds to light up the big clocks
