Id prefer it if it was straight at the top like the other ones on other cars. Same as the vinyl one pictured before.

if the car bra came out for the seat ibiza and looked more like this without the loops on top and with the wings covered too with a cupra badge on the side my names down! i think it would suit a black car! and more importantly stop stonechips!

people have diffrent opinions m8 otherwise this world would be a boring place i can agree with you most of these do look hideous and have a silly name but on the right car with the right design they look good and also protect paintwork i dont have ne stone chips above 1/4 of the way up the bonnet so this style is ideal!

Personally I think it may look quite good, I may change my mind when the prototype turns up but til then unless you want one or are interested don't waste space on this thread!

i went to america for the 1st time a few weeks ago and there were loads of cars with them on. Half of them covering the entire front of the car, god knows how they dont overheat! Personally i think they look rediculous, id rather risk stonechips than put on of them on my car!
You haven't seen how prone to stonechips Mk4 Ibizas are.
When I sold mine (3yo on 80k miles), the bonnet, bumper, fronts of wings, A pillars and leading edge of roof above windscreen were completely covered in stonechips, looked like I'd driven through a meteor storm. I've never had another car anywhere near as prone to it. No amount of coloured wax or chip sticks would even start to cover them up.
That said, I'd rather drive a car covered in stone chips than put one of those things on...

oh dear andrew, jealously is a terrible thing! just to clarify people - my ibiza won every price it could at last years GTI show here in northern ireland beating andys ibiza, i reckon he may be a wee bit bitter about it
