As a rule of thumb how much vac is how much boost so your reading of 0.6bar is what you should have as a positive boost with maybe 0.2bar over boost so at most on that reading I would say you should peak at around 0.8 maybe 1.0bar max but if your saying 1.4bar then either summat is wrong or your car has had some serious **** done to it cus my mates evo runs 1.4bar and he has 808bhp
 
Normally is a little higher up the gears that's down to the torque of the engine and the turbo boosting up to meet demands, sounds like your running same as me then, I have no obvious signs of remapp apart from the forge dv instead of the factory Bosch I'm on the rollers in the morning so I'm hoping for at least 160/180 bhp anymore is a bonus think it maybe stage 1 but has not had the tip done
 
Mines got a filter and a forge 007p dv and suppose to have a map on but I'm putting a full straight through exhaust on with de cat and a fmic then hopfully going straight down for a stage 2 if possible without changing to the turbo as it's only 49 quid more

Just checked mines sits at -17psi and boosts to 18psi then settles to 16psi which is around 1.2bar also so looks to be mapped also but with just the forge dv powerflow backbox and drilled airbox, I'm gonna stay with standard smic I might buy the larger one there 2" thicker and no need for remap I'm also going to get tip and hardier mount for filter in wing away from heat soak in same place as the 2nd ic on the R

That's what I thought :/ just hope it looks as good lol I'm having that problem with the 17705 code aswell but it's not gone into limp mode for a few days but the codes still there everytime I start the car no eml light on tho its strange

How cam you tell if you get a fault code come up, that's the dreaded pressure drop yh, it could be cus you done the bypass did you do full bypass or just take the black box off

I've got a scanner mate and its a full bypass but now and again I'm getting the sai code aswel so I'm going to remove that aswell and also remove the pcv system and run a catch can

Cool I keep wondering weather to do mine or not, I really believe if it ain't broke don't fix it, and I know they don't really do much on the car but it's my luck if I start messing summat gonna go wrong, then the wife starts moaning lol
