Hi Guys,
I have been modifying My LCR in readiness for a stage 2 remap, the mods are as follows:
Smoothed air box, large inlet (80mm) Pipercross Filter
Forge 007 diverter valve mounted on Forge coldside relocation hose
Pipewerx 3" downpipe, sports cat
Milltek non res
SFS 3" TIP
FMIC, 3" Hoses
The car is not Yet remapped so I am running it on the standard Map, Unfortunatly I may have to sell the car so don't really want to put anymore funds into it!
I have a glowshift boost gauge which is connected to the fuel pressure regulator hose.
My issue is that on full boost I am only seeing 5 PSI (less that 1/2 Bar) on the gauge, I don't think that there are any hose leaks (but not 100%), I believe that I should be seeing closer to 14 PSI (0.9-1.0 Bar). On tickover the gauge is reading -(Minus) 15 PSI, I'm a bit stumped, In desperation I tried fitting a Yellow spring in the DV but this made very little difference, slightly worse if anything.
Any advice, guidance would be greatly appreciated, cheers in advance, Redrat
