I think with the allards intercooler you need to take off the front panel as well as the bumper! I know you have huge spacers you need to put in to make enough room for the intercooler to fit cos it's so big....

Front panel?

How on earth is that supposed to work - you're just compressing the rubber pipe !

I cant understand how that works either.

It has made me think of another way though, two jubilee's tied together with abit of flat. One jubilee where he has it and one behind the collar on the cast bit.....bodge job superstar!

Or cable ties.....

One around where the metal thing T spark has on, one behind the ridge of the egr... then another across the two top and bottom and tightened up!

Thats even more ghetto than my idea :happy:

By the way I didnt mean jubilee's.....U clamps :doh:
Might give it a crack tomorow if I have the bits, mines abit loose.

I did try blue tac first...

However that did work guys, that wasnt the final position... lol I moved it down toward the engine!

just to bump this thread... i placed a 1 n half inch O ring around the alloy on the hose, clamps it up well, hasnt moved so far, on peak boost or off boost, ive only tried gears 1-3 mind.

Just an idea for a cheap fix :cool:.
