Problematic car is Leon 20VT 4x4, engine code ARY
Boost pipes and hoses checked and car seems to work little bit better but still lacks some power and boost ain't as high than it should be.
here's the boost log, specified(Blue) vs actual(Green)
Boost don't hold like it should, if I understand right specified is what enginemanagment asks and actual is what there really is. And it's in long and hard accerelation still 0,3bar behind.
Help ??
other logged values (this morning, wasn't room to floor it 100% tough)
max intake 164,11 gr/s = ~205hp
max torq 315Nm
Yesterday evening
161,5gr/s = ~202hp
321,4Nm
Just after tuning (and tuner said that car has small boost leak, you could hear it after 4500rpm)
169-170gr/s
And any how car feels so different at the moment, there is quite much still power left but I think that this boost problem eats working RPM ranges so I can almost reach same max HP but car is much slower during slow boosting.
Mods and checkings I have done during this problem.
-N249 Bypass
- New DV by Tommis Billet (running 2nd hardest spring came with 3 springs)
- checked boost pipe and hose clamps
- cheked that 1½ month old Air cleaner looks clean
- and some of vacuum pipes/hoses are checked, not all tough.
So where to look problem ? N75, MAF, Vacuum lines (where there), something else ?
