boot cover tray thingy

does anyone know why the so called secret tray under the boot lid cover thingy on the altea does now not come with a catch to keep it up....

When things vanish off new Alteas that used to be on old ones it's almost certainly Seat trying to save a Euro or two. Unless it's a mistake

Do you mean the removable tray under the parcel shelf? it's supposed to be for a warning triangle and that sort of thing. (i've got an umbrella in mine)

It's a bit rubbish not to have a catch.

afaik the knob was completely saved since middle of 2006 ...
