Sorry mate, have just been catching up on some work mails, and was still in work mode Part of work involves sound, but nothing to do with car audio, hence my ? in my post!

What I meant was that bass frequencies travel in all directions with the same effect. One sub of the size displayed put in the boot should be more than adequate to provide big bass through the whole car, the benefits of two subs of that size (at a physically comfortable listening level!!) are pretty hard to tell I would have thought?

Im planning putting 2 10" subs in the car, one running off each amp as they both have the same rms outputs, hence matched. Its only rough ideas just now, might end up just putting one amp and one sub in.

we used one amp and a 10" kicker sub in a box and managed to crack a transit windscreen a few years back
