On my old Leon I had a Stabilus boot strut so that when I pressed the boot/trunk button on my key it would actually rise the boot/trunk for me and it was really useful for carrying heavy items etc, I got the 2022 Leon fr last week and I'd like the same again, I put the struts in my old car to the new one and they got stuck half way and it took me hours to get it back off, I had to almost snap it, does anyone know of a strut I can use that would have enough force to lift the boot/trunk to put on the new car?
