A great question, the 77kw does indeed have 4 seats due to the extra capacity of the battery. Instead there's a lovely arm rest.

Spec details on EV Database website states it’s a 4 seater (under ‘miscellaneous’ section); link to website; https://ev-database.uk/car/1518/CUPRA-Born-77-kWh-e-Boost

Page 58 of the Cupra Born brochure states it’s a 5 seater;

Historically, in my experience, the content of VAG product literature hasn’t been renowned for its accuracy and there are often errors in the technical details. IMHO the EV Database spec details are more likely to be correct.
