Brake Disc Size TDi 130

Been trying to find the size on my brake discs on Toledo 2004 TDi 130. There doesn't seem to be anything in the build sheet about it.

What size are the front and back discs, are they vented? The fronts do seem bigger than the back ones.

Front brakes (mm) 288 x 25
Rear brakes (mm) 232 x 9
