Hi ppl!

I've been reading a few things here at seatcupra, but I haven't found the answers I'm searching for.

I have a Seat Ibiza MK2 1.9D from 1996 with a 239mm brake system and I'm going to upgrade it to a 280mm brake system. I know that the Ibiza MK2 GT TDi/Cupra brake system is a perfect fit at my car, but at least two persons came to me to try to sell me the 280mm brakes of a Golf MK4 cheaper than the ones from I have found of Ibizas.

So, what I would like to know is if the brakes of a Golk MK4 can be installed in my car?

Can anyone please help out with this doubt of mine?

Mk4 golfs have five studs per wheel, whereas the mk2 Ibiza have four studs. I'm not sure whether the calipers will fit though.

Yes, I know that... I'm going to buy brake discs with four studs. Just wanted to know if the calipers and carriers will fit at my MK2
