Broken Air Con

I have just had my air con on a 2003 tdi sport ibiza re gassed. It did not solve the problem.

There is still warm air coming out. Anyone any ideas before I have to pay a fortune to get it mended?

How did you re-gas the system? Did you carry out a nitrogen leak test before you filled the system? What sort of Vacuum did you pull the system down to before refilling it? Less than 5 Torr?

Not sure I took it (probably stupidly) to kwik fit
