Broken spring. Need OE replacement.

Hi folks,
Found a broken rear spring this morning along with a shattered disc heat shield after the wife heard a loud bang coming from my car.

Will Sachs springs fit my AMK motor? They're the only ones that come up on euro car parts at just under £80 for the pair on special offer. I'm not looking to lower the car unless it's just by 10mm which is hardly worth it.

Also, anyone know where I can get a pair of new heat shields? Dealer wants about £60.

There's LOADS of Cupra R's been broken in the multitude of Facebook groups.

Most people want to upgrade springs so standard ones shouldn't be too expensive.

Heat shields might be a little trickier as they usually get sold with the hubs or they're just bent and rotten.
But again someone breaking might sell them off separately for not a lot of money.
