The ship carrying our car arrived in Grimsby on August 18th. But our car didn't get off there. The ship then headed for Amsterdam the following day before sailing to Sheerness on 20th where it was anchored off the coast for 4 days before finally docking on Tuesday, 24th. This morning we received this.

Great news! Hopefully mine is too. Ship arrives in Grimsby early tomorrow morning.
Now looking like 4am arrival today for Aquarius Ace at Grimsby for you and noon on Saturday at Port of Tyne for me, fingers crossed both our cars on board. ?

Still hasn't docked, ETA now 14:25, not sure what the issue is, busy port maybe?

We got all excited as two weeks ago we were told our car was built and was due to be on that ship. Three days ago it was confirmed the car was not on the ship and was sat built waiting for a chip. So it sounds like they are still having issues on this front.

I can’t complain to much as originally my build date was for a mid October delivery, so we were shocked when they told us it was in build.

You're the third person I know of to mention that which is a bit worrying. @Tormentor should hear from his dealer first as his car is being offloaded at Grimsby now while mine is next stop, Port of Tyne, due in at noon today. I do know Seat are supposed to be prioritising older orders and mine was placed back in mid April?
