No app, just a site on the internet "Myseat.be". Works only in Belgium.
My VZ3 Has arrived at Grimsby ordered end of April. Expected delivery too dealer 1st September. Where’s yours??

The exact message I got was the following, not sure if it details anything you didn't know.
"Hey Garry, we've had a look at your order, your CUPRA Formentor currently hasn't been assigned a build date and is at status 00. Our factory is currently in the process of pushing through older orders and reassigning them build dates as unfortunately the global shortage of certain parts has affected production. I would advise contacting us again at the start of next week to check for any changes. Thanks."
Finally got a build date. week 34. estimated delivery mid Oct
Mine is still at the factory. It’s been made for three weeks and is not moving. I wonder if someone has nicked the wheels or they’ve stripped it for chips! I’m getting a bit disillusioned to say the least.
If I remember correctly, you were the kind soul who advised us of the progress of the vehicle carriers over the last few weeks. Is there any sign of any approaching Barcelona?
That’s so odd considering both orders around the same time for same car. Was told mine was built on the 30th July and was on the other side of the channel on the 3rd of August. yesterday I was told it’s arrived at Grimsby. Can’t see why yours would be held up!!!
I asked what the delay is and pointed out the discrepancy in delivery times, I was simply told “we have no control over shipping and delivery times”.
Around 3-4 weeks ago, our dealer told us that he THOUGHT ours was aboard the Aquarius Ace. Having tracked the carrier via vesselfinder.com right up to its arrival in Grimsby on 7th August, it turned out the vehicle was still in Barcelona. SEAT customer services, he says, have been less than helpful, but he's now confirmed it's aboard Crystal Ace which is currently docked in Setubal having left Barcelona on Tuesday. Fingers crossed we don't have too much longer to wait. Our dilemma now is whether to wait until 1st September to register it.
I doubt it would be at the dealers until September anyway. If it did arrive earlier you can always ask to wait for new plate change on the 1st September to Register. What’s a few days when we’ve waited this long ?
Have you taken delivery yet? Told mine is now built (status 30) but awaiting semi conductor. I've still got 2 months on my current lease so not panicking yet.
