Bulb types 1.2l 02 plate

i have searched through the forum and i cant seem to find any posts that mention what size the bulbs are for the preface lift 1.2 12v ibiza on an 02 plate. on my car there is only one bulb, and that does dipped and main beam. i am looking to upgrade mine as from what i have heard HID's light up the road alot better... does anyone know the correct bulb sizes for my car? Thanks in advance

if your going HIDs dont forget the 501 LED sidelight bulbs

ah yeah, glad you mentioned them cause i wasnt sure about them either can you recommend any decent ones to get?

Ive had ones that cost a tenner a bulb and ones that cost a tenner for ten it makes no difference in light out put. i have found the cheap ones have lasted longer then the expensive ones. i say ebay 10 for a tenner then no more worries!

i got my HIDs from diana shop on ebay think i paid £35 for the H7, but i know H4 are a bit more money
