Bumper damage, how should it look?

My car has had a DIY repair to the bumper, before I owned it. It was a fleet car of an engineering company and it appears they just let the apprentices fix it!

It looks like someone has reversed off a curb and tore the bumper off forwards, if that makes sense.

Anyway, I want to get a new bumper (from a breakers). But I am unsure what else is damaged. There looks to be a black plastic bracket on the wi g that is broken, is that part of the bumper or the wing?

I'm thinking that the black plastic looks oem, but the white or clear plastic might be part of the "repair"

If anyone has anycomments or photos of theirs, it would be greatly appreciated.

i have a front and rear bumper off a 59 EXEO ST for sale if interested they are painted in Nayara Blue with no damage the front will come with the 3 lower grilles but has NO Parking sensor holes & NO headlamp wash holes would need collecting from Bradford West Yorkshire
