Button for driver assistance systems faulty

I have had a notice on my dash a while and am hoping someone can help me get to the bottom of it, this is a copy of the diagnostic report, is anyone able to help enterprise or advise what is wrong/ how-to fix it please?

I seem to have ran into the same issue. Please could you tell me if you managed to find a fix. My car is booked in at Seat for them to take a look at, but I’m worried with it being modified they might they may turn me away.
