I've had glow plugs fail in the past on diesels & they have given out a cloud of blue smoke on start up & while cold,changing glow plugs has cure it for me in the past

All pd150's do,its only the 110 & pd130 that are pre facelift
Edit i think its the 05 that has the cupra r kit,i know the FR+ does,most of the pd150 has cupra facelift bumpers

My 04 plate has the full cupra r spec kit along with full leather and cruise control, the cupra tdi fetch decent money and the pd engines go on forever.
those fr+ tdi's are nice, im so tempted to get another one and spec it up despite what i said about petrols!
I am getting mine perfect
Not modding up for speed but just getting it so it handles nice and stops. Then i might go for a gtb turbo conversion
So far i have
Kw v1 coilovers with new mounts
On the way
Neuspeed 28mm rarb
Front dogbone with powerflex bushes (red rear)
Octavia vrs front arb with droplinks and superpro bushes
In the future
Fully polybushed wishbones
312mm and 256mm brake conversion

The bumpers are all standard on the + spec and the cruise control also looks standard as there nothing obvious to say its been fitted after. Leather may have been fitted after but again looks like factory as everthing is electric.
You do not have the fr+ as you have an 04 plate
So your cupra r bumpers have been added by someone else
It went
Cupra tdi (pre 05 plate)
(05 plate) Fr tdi (gets different wheels + silver wing mirrors + fr badging)
(55plate on) Fr+ got cupra r bumpers and cupra r 17's

You added the cupra r bumpers to your 04 plate! So stop talking complete drivel
The ONLY tdi to come with cupra r bumpers as standard is the fr+ which was available from 2005 on a 55 onwards
The older cupra and fr comes with cupra bumpers
when did the fr with facelift cupra bumpers stop being sold then if the fr+ was the last of the line?
The fr was only a one year model...
