buying leon HELP

Hi, worndering if anyone could help, I am going to look at a leon cupra r 2003 (at the weekend) a think its the 210, apart form the power diffrance from the 225 is the 210 still a good car or would I be best holding off for the 225 as I have indention of doing a few mods to the engine? also the paint work is bit two toned due to the sun fading the plastic painted parts dose anyone know if this could be polished back to norm? also is there anything a should look out for.

If it is onvi ie the yellow, it generally needs a re-spray to bring it back to a uniform colour.

The 210 and 225 can get re-mapped to the same bhp iirc.

theres only 10bhp between them. hardly noticable. 210 is actuallly 212 and the 225 is 222

The differences are few and far between and for the most part not worth worrying about apart from possibly the steering wheel (which I have replaced with that of an R32).

There is a comparison thread somewhere, possibly in the FAQ's section.

Enginewise they are nigh on identical and not worth worrying about.

nice, it was just incase the 225 was a better car over all, engine stronger, better styling etc thanks for you're replys
