So next week we wave goodbye to our Arona.
We bought it a year old in January 2024. A silver 1.0 110 SE+ model.
It's been largely great and only in the early days the infotainment system started playing up but the dealer reflashed the unit and it was fine after that. I fitted a reversing camera as I missed that, a front and rear dash cam, and an armrest, but apart from that it remained standard.
We bought it at 9,000km and are selling it at 28,000km.

Replacing it is a late 2023 Cupra Born V2 eBoost 77kWh in Aurora Blue. One of only two with this particular spec in Ireland apparently. We are looking forward to getting it, but we are nervous as it will be our first EV and have never been advocates of them in the past. It could be the worst mistake we've made, but as we have solar panels on the roof and the price of dino juice here is insane, we thought we'd give one a try!

It will different but once you get into the habit I am sure you will love it and enjoy the free power charging your motor
