Ha,now i'm undecided again,just went to the paint cupboard to see if i still had my hammerite silver as that'd would've made it easy,couldn't find it but may be there,think dads got the black anyway rung the ex who tells me he has some metal paint thats better than hammerite n has red green yellow n blue! One of each??? look like a nursery car!! 4 primary kids colours! He says red but i don't think with the green,no deffo blk or silver cos then will go with whatever i choose to do with rims or if i change em completely still good.

Craig if you're doing yours tomorrow,let me know how long takes to dry properly,ta! Red good choice with your car but think black would be better or silver,hehe....

reds more sporty imo, its up 2 u though ur car ...black calipers wont stand out as much, silver would be different but would probably stain and be very hard to clean, kiwi will prob need redoing after a while right? ...red.

Did think of doing em kiwi but what paint comes in that shade? Having fitted my lights today,gregs angel eyes,yippee,which have the integral silver side piece i'm thinking of doing silver so we have some co-ordinating bits on it not a bit of silver here,bit of red or whatever there and due to this am now thinking of keepeing rims silver,just keeps it neat. maybe another thread for opinion,lights are all working good even tho car did cut out a couple of times to start with.Hope she's ok now going out soon to test my visibility!!

thought id update ya beezertart i painted my front calipers red they look lurvly with my car, wouldnt have them on urs though tbh id go with black silver wouldnt look gud imo but up to you. When ive cleaned the car up i will put pics of the calipers for ya, duno wether im guna paint rear calipers may do them when i get time

Cheers Craig,there's a kiwi on fleabay with red calipers,looks better than i thought it would but doesn't really do it for me. ha,and i had the cheek to mock your indecisiveness def between black n silver at the mo,maybe white? hehe too much silver may be chavtastic!!

not white!! apart from it lookin wrong it will get SO dirty! I know black doesnt stand out but it will be so much better than rust!! Are you guna do your rear calipers??

Btw i put one layer on, left it for 30mins then done another layer. Im guna do another layer tomorrow just to get a smoother finish but they are hard to get the whole caliper painted, u will find this out when you do yours lol!

Forgot to ask were bouts in surrey r ya i live near staines which is like 15 mins from kingston lol

got em from greg and the hid's are already in so saves a lot of grief,but took about 3hrs to get old ones out n new in,joy!! So far so good,no clock trouble although when put battery back in as removed it for space she did cut out 3 or 4 times but then ok?? whats the buzzing/whirring noise i can hear now when i turn the ignition on,goes after a few seconds? any ideas?? I think they look pretty good tho but definitely a divided opinion on that for most people on here!

i put my hids in havin loadsa probs lol, i got a relay today guna try wire it up tomoorrow, i get a buzzin noise through my speakers when the sidelights are on think its like a voltage surge!

Hopefully i will get more progress with mine tomorrow, i love the hids but i hate that their giving me trouble!! posted a thread up but not many replies seems like the people who used ot have troubles with theirs didnt seem to fix it yet lol!

James painted mine red (when he owned the car) - he also did the rocker cover. Looks pretty smart but I'm tempted to do it in Copper Search for topics by me to see what it looks like!
