any pulsating when i had to break hard the other day. I suppose the ABS is mostly noticeable in the wet or snow.
 
If you were pressing hard enough for ABS to have come in and it was faulty you would have skidded.

The fact you didn't skid and also didn't feel any pulsing means your tyres didn't loose traction with the road
 
Ive only felt it work once, and I do a lot of heavy braking. In my ZS, it used to kick in really early, which imo, is pretty dangerous!!!

Kinda says that Seat/VW have the braking system of these cars set up pretty well
