How on earth do you lot drive your LC's with LCR splitters? even when my car wasn't lowered on standard set-up, it use to scrape things, now it's totally bonkers.

Should I remove the splitter or adjust the height of the coilovers ? Can't really cut the splitter any more then it already is

Your right, Birmingham roads are pretty unforgiving, think I'm going to raise it

mo i have a 3 1/2 inch gap from ground to splitter, or 64cm from ground to arch. i can manage speed bumps and last week i took on a multi story car park without a problem.

I think I need bigger tyres, I would love to go 18" but I love the Boc wheels

And I'm going to raise it.....

Overall i'm happy with the JOM coilovers...... not too firm....not too bouncy a bit of roll, need a ARB to sort that out.

mine sits low at the back and high at the front but still manage to scrape the splitter on some ramps/drives. very tempted to get some coilies

The roads in brum are totally f**ked, I'm constantly swerving potholes and scraping the splitter off speed bumps :(

Mine was worse on standard suspension than it is now on lowered firmer suspension

Totally agree with that. The car would bounce more all over the road with standard springs. Mine were probably shot but it was definitely worse.

Mines a touch higher on 205/55/16's now due to the profile of the tyre, compared to the 205/40/17's

Touch higher is correct, at just under 3mm, does it really make that much of a difference?

this is the lowest ive found out i can go, live on a new build estate, speed humps galore :( just manage to get over and on 18's also, still low though, cant seem to get up a curb etc

Right these are going to sound like dumb questions but I need to ask them

1. If i put bigger profile tyres on, will it 'raise' the hight ?

2. How do I adjust the front coilovers.... I really need to do this asap, It's rubbing pretty bad now
