Hi everyone, I have a car on order but no build date yet. I’m looking to get the ghost immobiliser. Does anyone here have this and what do you think of it on the formentor?

Also, I have gone for the 1.5 V2, does this have drive select modes like auto/comfort/dynamic/individual? As it doesn’t have the steering wheel buttons like the higher VZ models. My A3 has a button on the dash so hoping something similar is on the V2.
thanks

Hi mate, I'm not too sure about the ghost immobilizer. I've ordered a VZ1 that doesn't have the drive select buttons on the steering wheel. It looks like from looking at reviews you have to select it via the screen through the vehicle settings icon on the bottom left of the screen

I'm hoping it's not too bad selecting whilst driving, it doesn't seem the best way to operate when on the move. A button near the gear selector would've been ideal!
Agreed. Or maybe it could/should be added as a shortcut so it’s there if it when you need it. Seems like there’s lots of options to play around with!

What about it?
So if you unlock a car with one key, the seat automatically goes into that drivers seating position.
then with the seconds persons key, the seat goes to that drivers saved seat position. Or do you just have to select the saved setting on the inside door button. Sorry if they don’t make sense

I’m the only driver of my car so I haven’t used the second key; sorry.
