I really can't decide and need some help.

I have had a cracked drivers side mirror cover on the LC for ages now and kept meaning to get a new one on but never got round to it.

I have now decided to get something a bit different had a quick search on ebay and spotted these.

They would be very subtle and understated but still different enough. EDIT: Hmmmm........ These seem to be stick on ones reading between the lines. Shite.

There are these those but price is up to £100. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/VW-GOLF4-mk4-rabbit-CARBON-MIRROR-COVER-CAP-2-big-side_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ107058QQihZ003QQitemZ130285373759QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Also spotted these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VW-Matt-Finish-Mirror-Case-Caps-Covers-Mirrors-MK4-Golf_W0QQitemZ290297281699QQihZ019QQcategoryZ36682QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

A bit more bling but nowhere near as bad as the full on chrome ones.

I just can't decide which to get. Prices are a bit different. Carbon ones work out at about £70 delivered and the brushed ones at about £55 but don't mind too much and considering ordinary one would be £20 or more when painted it ain't too bad.

Have any of you got either of these? Which do you think would look best on a Black Magic Mettallic LC? Guess with the price difference now the matt ones are a no brainer. Would still appreciate your comments though.

Cheers.

Personally I would stick with the OEM ones. Mirror covers are the kind of sticky outy bits other drivers like to drive into and break off.
If I had to make a choice though I would go carbon. Silver on a black car will look ghey imo!

Do the carbon mate, you know you want to :D If you have the fold away mirrors you won't have any problems with the other to**ers hitting them [:@]
