Did it come with a fitting kit and instructions? Most lip kits do and will specify exactly what should be used and just as importantly, where it should be applied for best results.

If in doubt, take it to a bodyshop to be fitted. Are you spraying it yourself?

sadfully no fitting kit what so ever. I know DJP has the same bodykitt but as far as i know it has to be bonded and screwed somehow for best effect's. bonding aint a problem, dont that for side skirts and got brackets but rear bumper dont have that luxary really.

I think it's seal all the way round the line just below the lower lip line, screws (bolts preferable) on the return lip that goes into the wheel arch. (Opposite the tyre face, if you know what I mean.) The screws / bolts will hold it tight on the sealant.

Mine is rock solid onto the bumper.

Thats magic mate! Spoke to my mate who's going to help me fit it. Any idea on size of screw/bolt that would be best for the job?

well had a test fit tonight and im a bit worried. the splitter isnt as snug a fit as I had expected, did you have much of a problem DJP as mines bevelled a bit where the tigerseal would go round the top of the bumper and is a bit overshot in the wheel arches, really needs tucking in tight.

Fitment of aftermarket body parts always varies a lot. Two identical parts can fit in two very different ways, with one being a great match and the other needing to be modified to fit.

That's why most places that sell this type of kit suggest professional fitment only, as a good bodyshop can alter and adjust any parts that need it to ensure a good, safe and reliable fit. The last thing you want is your rear bumper parts being torn off at speed!
