Castro’s stop/start Magnatec oil.

I’ve seen a thread elsewhere(watch forum) about this going cheap* in Tesco, didn’t know it existed till yesterday, thoughts folk, snake oil or worth a try?

*£9 for 2 litres apparently.

Nothing wrong with the oil seat/vw recommend, they know what they are doing, if its 504.00 like they say to use grab a few bottles as you could use it as a top up

It’s new to me and just wondered if it was worth using, when I worked in Kia I wasn’t offered anything different by the oil suppliers (Total) and there’s a lot of Kia’s with stop/start out there too.

Nothing wrong with it, its just Castrols marketing is a bit 'Halfords', for those who think Halfords is the height of sophistication. As long as it meets the spec your car requires it doesnt matter, just ignore all the other meaningless rubbish on the label.
