cat back exhaust

iv been offered a cat back exhaust for my ibiza 1.4 100bhp fs for £80. its coming off a 1.4 ibiza so will it be a straight swap? also he got it from rebel powerpipes in barton (near hull) and for some reason it isn't very loud , if a fitted it to mine would there be anyway to 'turn it up' abit and make it sound like a want it to? hes got all the receipts too

the only way to get it louder would be to take the silencer off if there is one

is yours a diesel?

if so de cat it and remove backbox?

if its a petrol ignore the above

sounds like it has two silencers the back box and a centre section if so remove the center section then your get more volume.
