CD changer into 05 LCR

Our lass has just chopped her 02 LC in for an 05 LCR, and now wants a cd changer for it. Is the wiring still there in the 05 LCR's and all that's needed is a changer off ebay, or is a wiring / fitting kit needed from SEAT?

You'll need the check the fly lead is there, if you take out the glove box cubby hole the lead should be lying behind that and has a flat multi plug on the end.

I did this conversion on my 02 lc recently with a changer off ebay, and it plugged straight in, the only thing i did notice was there was a pale blue wire on the changer, that wasn't on the fly lead but it doesn't seem to have made any difference to operation.

There are two different part number for the changer, but both seem to work ok, the part # listed on seat's web site is 1J6 057 111. but i fitted the 1J6 035 111. which works just fine, with the aura h/u.
