I’m an American living in Mexico. In January I purchased a new Cupra Ateca. It’s been a pleasure so far. This past Saturday I noticed gasoline leaking at the right rear. It was literally dripping off the bottom of the charcoal canister. Considering the car has 7 years bumper to bumper warranty I had it towed to the dealer. It spent one day there and they claimed there was a loose hose at the fuel filler neck that caused gas to build up in the canister. I went on my way. Next day (today) it’s leaking again. Anyone have any idea why there would be a leak there. I’m trying to get info about results of any scan they ran, but I’m having a difficult time contacting the advisor and I live more than an hour away.
I’d appreciate any ideas you all have.
