Charge Pipe To Turbo Silicone Hose

Im going to be ordering a 45deg elbow from forge this week so i thought i mayaswell get the hose that joins the charge pipe to the turbo, just wondering if anybody knows the size of the hose that i will need to get.

Its connecting to a silinced k03s. I would have measured it myself but the cars still in the garage

Also if anybody knows the thickness of hose that i would need to run from the actuator. im sure this comes in a 3mtr length, is there anywhere else i can use this thickness of hose?

You need a 60mm inside diameter pipe for the charge pipe mate

Any takers on the actuator hose? i think its 9mm but wouldnt mind sombody comfirming that before i order

The charge pipe to turbo hose is a 54-48 reducer

trial and error i suppose, I know olly20vt looked into quite a bit when his hose kept popping off, when my k03s was fitted the same thing happened so took a trip to forge and bought one, but it wasnt ibiza specific then and wasnt even listed on their website.

Ive had no trouble at all with my hoses popping off the k03s. The only reason i was going to get one was to add a extra blue hose in the mix.

Am i right in thinking theres nothing to be had from fitting one except looking better and to cure 'popping' off issues..?

Cant say ive 'never' had it happen, it happend once when i first had the k03s fitted but i tightly secured some jubilees at either end and its been fine since.


Certinatly isnt a nice feeling when it comes off!

had mine pop off after getting ko3s fitted, was damn annoying.

iv kept standard hose but have 4 jubalie clips on dont think its ever coming off now lol

where did you get the blue pipe form i though they only did it in red?

I ordered it when they had it still in stock for a leon I think almost 2 years ago now, theyve never had it on their website just a flyer i got with reducer sizes on it, needed a little bit of trimming to fit.

mine popped off at nurburgring but just put jubalies on and its fine now, after more ring action and donny on sat plus my day to day driving, its never come off since

iirc the forge hose i had on was 51mm internal diameter turbo end and 54mm internal diameter chargepipe end, so if you add 8-10 mm to alow for the wall thickness of the hose you will be about right.
