clicking noise coming feom behind stereo

Hi all, my cars making a indicator kind of sound coming from behind the stereo air con unit area randomly,ive had the car about a month and I think the old owner had an aftermarket unit in it,any ideas please

It could be a loose wire or something like that, maybe worth pulling it out and checking all cables/wires have been tied-up - or maybe something else has worked loose?????

That's Wat i was thinking,he probably bodged it back together
