Climate Control Problem

Can any one offer any help please some times even when switched to manual mode it blows cold then surges hot then no heat at all. If you listen you can hear a change in the note of the air flow as what would seem to bea flap or the heat valve moving.
Now even on High Heat it blows luke warm.

What's your external temp reading, is it reading what the weather people say it's going to be?

Thanks for the info, but yes the outside temp is showing correct.
Any ideas how much a new Aircon Module is likely to cost fiited at the dealers.
