Altea Clock spring / squib replacement

Hi, I'm a newbie on here and would like some help please. I've got the airbag light on my Altea 2011 and the horn doesn't work, I'm assuming its the clock spring as I'm sure I heard it starting to go when driving around. The part number on the squib is 5K0.953.569C My question is this, if...
