clutch judder

i have a 2ltr tdi and the first few uses of the clutch i get a judder wondered if anyone else had this

Could be the start of a dual mass flywheel issue, but tbh they all do it to a certain degree.

just put new flywheel and sachs uprated cluct on mine- no juddering at all, peddle is alot stiffer and bitting point on clutch is alot shaper. not sure if that helps!
