My TDI Sport 130 had a standard clutch replacement and DMF about 3/4 months ago, possibly 4k on the clock since. The car is standard and not mapped, but lately noticed a bit of slip and vibration from the clutch AGAIN (in 4th, 5th & 6th).

The work was done by a reputable VAG specialist and cost a small fortune. I don't rag it all the time, and I know not to "floor it" at low revs, ANY idea's?

I haven't contacted them yet. I will do so, once I have a little more "ammunition".

Yea, I suppose it could be a contaminated disk, or maybe its a low quality/faulty pressure plate?? I would assume there is no adjustment being hydraulic, and it seems to engage /dis-engage fine.

I'm a gigantic idiot, Will you accept the excuse it was really early in the morning and I was very tired?

Ha Ha no worries, it's gone now anyway, and may of had something to do with the 111k on the clock, it just kept costing me loads, so bye bye, and hello to the "New Beast"
