CNC machinist/Bell and Rotor fabricator

Does anyone know of a company in the UK that could make up Bells and rotors (brake discs) to order?
Like MBT Engineering but obviously not in Germany!

Its to take a R32 disc 330 x 32, and mount on a bell! So that it throws the rotor position back 10-15mm?

R32 disk has cast bell not bolted bell.
dont see how you are going to manage this
