Sorry I've only looked for the LCR. You could try emailing them but good luck with that. I've emailed them twice with no reply.

Ooooh good point. I was only looking for the LCR too. My bad.

HY, I thought I had it all planned out. Pipewerx dp and cat with maybe the cobra cat back. But after researching the net it seems the Pipewerx is almost exactly the same as the cobra, but cheaper. It seems cobra are doing a Blueflame (pricing competitively for greater sale).

The forum members with the cobra all raving bout the sound etc etc may have me sold. I was ready to buy the other day. But need more vids to make my choice. Plus proven gains on the rr.

Get paid in2 weeks so I have time to choose. Picky bout EVERYTHING on my car. As the old chestnut 'buy cheap, buy twice always rings in my head'!)

I dont blame you, I took a chance and Im glad I did it. Be picky, but dont be TOO picky, or else you wont buy anything ;)

Exhaust makes a difference and makes the car even more fun to drive. I will make some pics soon, just picked up a Powerflex exhaust bush, which is 1.5cm shorter than stock. It will hopefully lift the exhaust a tad.

Nd, Thanks for upoloading the pics..

Certainly sits better than mine at the moment.

I'm still trying to decide on just getting mine adjusted or replacing the 6x4" oval with a 3" staggered twin.

I will think about it over the weekend a contact C&C if I decide to go for the twin.

Hard to tell to be honest, the stock piping is a bit smaller than the Cobra piping, so that will help as well. Also the muffler is straight through, which will also aid in getting rid of the exhaust gasses

Ive received a tip from another forum, to use a LCR exhaust mount, which is shorter and looks more durable

Can't get on vag cat to check the partnumber of the LC bracket/rubber but that worn one just looks like a very stretched LCR one, same part maybe just hold and worn?

I had another look at the rear hanger on my LC, it looks like a different fitting to the LCR style above.

It looks in okay condition.

Anyway I have now decided to replace the 6x4" tailpipe with a 3" twin, slash cut and staggered.

I think this fills the LC cut out better than the 6x4" oval, also will follow the lines of the bumper better as the cut out is more square on the vertical than the LCR oval cut out.

Just my opinion and not to take anything away from others that have fitted the oval on the LC.

Each to their own..lol

Anyway once I get it changed over I will post some more pictures and finally that video. :)

That looks like the last mount, the mount before is the one I was talking about. On another Seat forum I received a tip, which brought me to an idea. I sliced the original piece of rubber and placed that over the metal tip which slides into the exhaust rubber (exhaust cannot longer slide from left to right). It now sits exactly in the middle!

Hope you understand, kinda hard to explain lol

No worries, that makes sense...

I was wondering why it was so different.

Yeah I know what you mean with replacing the other mount.

How's the sound of the exhaust now, I had a long drive today, still sounds great and definatly more responsive mid range which I didn't expect at all.

Although this might have been due to the state of my last exhaust.

I did a bit of "joy"riding today and the Cobra definitely put a smile on my face. I found some tunnels and let er rip...to be honest, it sounds: [unreal]GODLIKE[/unreal]

On the highway no annoying drone, "screams" when approaching redline and has a nice deep tone when accelerating. Made the right choice, 100% sure [B)]
