cobra exhausts?

I'm not sure if there is more noise being in the back seats I will ferry the lads to football tonight and see what they think, I also often have to drop the seats down to go smash some small white balls around the countryside so will update on noise levels as I come across them.....
I am going to get a decibel reader to see the noise levels in the car to help with peace of mind of noise.....

Alright guys,
So just a quick update... I have had the oval tailpipe removed ad replaced with the 3"twin.

I'm am so pleased with how it looks, definatly not standard but it doesn't shout modified unless you know cupras.

On the bassy note at higher speeds on full throttle...... well again over the moon as it has mellowed slightly, it's still meaty but not drowning.

It might just have been the no baffled oval but I tested it on the way back to work and on the motorway going home.

It is now spot on....happy days

Don't get me wrong if I floor it it sounds meaty just not drowning..as I said its perfect.
Once again I'm loving my car.. I will get some pics up after dinner.

Not sure about the baffles in the tailpipes.. maybe just becauses it's going from 3" single pipe from the backbox to a split Y shape then to 2no 3" pipes.?

Whatever it is... it has worked a treat..

Much happier, now just need to get it lowered ASAP

Id say mine sounds abit like the white vxr with the remus but louder, you won't be upset with the noise on boost I can guarantee you that. Love the little pops and burbles when coming down the revs too.

Standard downpipe, scorpion decat ceramic wrapped then non res cobra 2.5" back with 6x4 tip. Running jabbasport custom remap. I'll try get a vid up at weekend or something but will only be crappy fone quality.

I have just bought the Full 3" turbo back non res decat system with the 6x4 oval no baffle - should arrive next week! Im going to do several vids for you, a before and after from behind/infont and inside the car so people can see what it sounds like. I'll get my brother to film it as I drive that why you can hear it from the passengers side (also not on a crummy phone lol on my Nikon D3100)

Yeah external mic and tripod and all sorts! Haha but yeah a proper video so everyone can hear it! Waiting?? 1 week they said.

Tried to get a quick vid when I nipped out half hour ago, sound quality is shocking just muffled horrible sound lol so vid is a no go. Keep getting a random single loud pop when coming off the throttle like a gunshot kind of sound (obv not as loud) but can't get it do do it on demand! Unless maybe someone's taking shots at me lol I want big pops on demand lol !

i have just took a video on my sh1tb3rry and it hasnt done it justice at all... plus it is more of just a sound recording as the car is standing and not on boost pulling!
i would upload but it seriously detriments the noise not give an idea on how good they actually sound.
