Coil Pack - How do you pull them out?

I think another one of my coil packs have gone on my leon, any one know how they pull out with out breaking them?

i cant seem to pull the plug with the wires off

i just stick my fingers under it & pull up

I have had probs with these little barstewards before, what I found best was carefully to prise them up with a flat bladed screwdriver from underneath, come off easy then, worked for me
