well, with my road tax clearly not being used to tarmac the roads, it is time i reset the coilovers to a sensible height, as the roads around where i drive are an utter disgrace and it cannot be good for the car (although everything under near seems solid enough)

now i need to know what sort of ways to clean my FK coilovers, i dont have any grease, i will give them a washing down with water etc to get the winter sh1te off them, but what sort of grease as they have gone stiff over time!

thanks, essay over:D

id clean them with a wire brush, and just apply copper grease to them liberaly, i done this with my coilovers and about 1 years driving i took them off and cleaned with a wire brush and they came up a treat

Ive got a tin of fk spray sat in the shed. for a few liberal pounds and postage i can let it go :D

i'll get back to u on that one mate, but i have a massive tin of copper grease sitting in the garage, i'll give that a try first.
WD40 loyal ! :p
