Don't waste your time with adjustable drop links

I've got Jom's down 50mm with eibach 25mm arb, polybushed wishbones & the handling is pretty good with no rubbing

Is there a arb I can get so I can go lower or any other way round it, some1 was asking about prices for the Octavia coilovers, arb and drop links cause of the knocking problem, would that work

The adjustable bar is basically adjustable but only good for up to 50mm.

The non adjustable bar allows you to go lower then 50mm but unfortunately it's not a set answer as to how low.

Cheers for all the advise peeps, I've ended up going for the pro sports, they should be here on wednesday, ill let u know what there like

I've fitted my coilovers but having probs already, my wheels are rubbing on the coilovers well only 1 wheel. The drivers side as well as the ARB is rubbing on the same side, have I done something wrong 4 it to only rub on 1 side, do u think I need spacers for the front wheels, think I would only need 5mm wheel spacers, do I need any spacial 1s or can I get any and would I need longer bolts cheers

Could just be too much camber after the drop, have you had it tracked? Mine down on coilovers but and lcr and after lowering it the camber is in on the top so if you've got wider wheels it could rub on the strut!

On the lcr it can be altered on the ball joint on the wishbone arm, there is three bolts on the wishbone for the ball joint and there is movement on them front to back as you look at the wheel so you may have pulled out at the bottom so your running positive camber, which is if I'm right the tops of the tired tucked into the wheel well, if you flooding them off and push them in it may bring the top of the wheel back out of the arch and sit straighter, only a suggestion but tracking it up could sort it out

I did take them 3 bolts out that side to drop the suspension cause I couldn't seperate the ball joint, that must be why that side is rubbing, cheers for that, ill have a go at that when I get home

I know this an old post but now xmas is out the way I can get back on to the car, I did adjust the camber but the tyre still rubbed so had to lift the car up for now till I get some spacer but also the arb is rubbing, I know you say change the arb but I was just wondering whats wrong with using the adjustable drop links

There ****, I bought some and u can't really adjust em to stop the rubbing, I chopped my anti roll bar off, it isn't needed really, rides abit bouncier, I prefer it.
