Just wondered what you lot would consider a reasonable price for a full respray on a gti?

I have been quoted £800 sound fair?

sounds fair 2 me. I have paid a bit over that for my ibiza to be sprayed in the past.

Sounds about right, just make sure you can see some previous handywork by the sprayer, they'll be more than happy to if there work is up to scratch!

You could probably get the price down if you offer to disassemble the car for them - e.g. lights off, bumpers off, number plates off etc. etc. That way you can be sure that they won't do a poor masking job leaving you with loads of overspray.
