I would say waterpump aswell,
If it hasnt be changed previously it will be the plastic impeller version, what happens is over time the plastic becomes brittle and the fins break & detach from the spindle. Therefore the pump still spins the spindle but without the fins it cannot propel the water. When replacing, replace with the metal impeller version. Also a good chance for cambelt if it hasnt been done.
