Does anyone know where to obtain info about the ADL engine???
I am particularly interested in as to whether the head is like the KR one (better inlet flow, worse exhaust) or like the ABF one ( worse inlet, better exhaust)
also quite interested about cam's ? what type are they?
Can I fit 268 schricks or 276's - what will work better and what gains do I expect?? I use the car as a daily driver in heavy traffic
Oh and some reliability question ..... My car has done 270 000kms and gives the ABF (in a Golf) a very strong fight

no oil cons over 10 000 km 

another strange thing about performance - ABF is said to have more torque and good power low down but a second gear rolling start from 2'000 rpm proves that wrong !!! I gain about a metre till 4500 - 5000 and then I loose 3 meters (that;s in second gear) to 7000
I am yet to change the fuel pump - it is on the way out ....and there is a slight hesitation sometimes above 5000 rpm
